Can’t stop, won’t stop — especially for a tie. Thank you for keeping us on our toes. I can always count on you and Justin to keep things interesting 🤨. But of course, you’ve more than made up for that with your friendship and incredible hospitality over the years. I’ve lost count of the number of times Julia and I have crashed on your couch and woken up to Bruce pawing at my head. You are someone that has always been there for me. Watched me grow through every single one of my relationships, and of course, have never shied away from imparting your infinite wisdom when it was and wasn’t asked for. Thanks for everything!

What would my life be like without you? I don’t even want to think about it. But since I started thinking about it, here goes: It would be a lot fewer laughs, memes, cat videos, hours-long cat name pun writing sessions, article sharing, article dissecting and discussing. It would be a loss for me, not having your honest feedback, listening skills, insightful wisdom, and petty shit-talking sessions. You’ve been such a constant and exceptional friend all these years, even when we haven’t lived in the same city. This is the kind of friendship that will last forever! Because we’ve already done years and years of it, when we are not physically close and with a lot of life going on. I’m so, so thankful to have you in my life. Love ya, Peel.

Suji —

Thank you for being the more responsible half of the couple! We still talk about how we appreciate getting a ride from you guys to the airport that Sunday afternoon when we were all hung over. We know it was definitely not the *smoothest ride for you back, but it really showed what a generous person you were and we can’t thank you for that each time we come down and visit.  Thanks for always being so much fun, and getting your photobomb on, all over the photobooth!

Thank you both for being part of our special day as well as your generous gift. It wouldn’t have been the same without you. We can’t wait to come visit LA again and hope you two will come up some time! We’ll also take the fact that Phil lives in the condos next to our wedding block as him wanting to constantly be reminded of what a good time our wedding was — and not because it’s futuristic enough to be in Westworld.
