Covid precautions
The venue requires masks indoors, and will check your vaccine status at the door. The space we reserved is semi-private, with both indoor and outdoor spaces. That said, we understand that everyone’s comfort level with group gatherings might be different! No hard feelings if you decide this isn’t right for you at this time.
Parking
There’s a parking structure right next door in Jack London Square. It’s a little expensive ($1.50 for the first hour + $1.50 for each additional half hour), but super convenient. There’s also some metered street parking available if you’re okay with a bit of a walk.

Our new-ish parent friends have gifted or lent us so much already, and we are feeling the love!

Wouldn’t it be sweet if he grew up surrounded by the stories that you loved? Instead of gifting us something off the registry, you can bring a meaningful-to-you book to add to Baby Tang’s library (it doesn’t have to be a toddler book — we’ll make sure he gets it when he’s reached the appropriate reading level. And has stopped ripping pages). Don’t forget to write a little note in the book about why you loved it!

How is Julia feeling?
Pretty good! But getting progressively more tired as the baby grows.
Does Julia have any weird cravings?
Not really. Except for that one time when she really wanted carbs and we “accidentally” ate through a dozen bagels.
