Thank you for the generous wedding gift! And for being a part of our wedding celebration (and the million things leading up to it) with little Avery in tow. Thanks for staying as late as you did :) But we’re sad that you missed the churros — maybe one day we’ll go to Disneyland with the kids in tow to savor a $5 churro after a long day in lines. Doesn’t that sound fun?? Maybe not the endless lines and crowds, but we do look forward to raising our family in this high school community we’ve built up together. (Because every day is a Mills reuinion!)

It’s wild to think how long we’ve been friends. Some of my favorite memories are the shenanigans we’d get up to in tennis, not hustling on the court, petting Aspen, and heckling Scott. Or when we sat in a CSM lobby and silent-laughed at the crazy patterns flies flew in the air. Or when finals delirium set in in Via Amable and then told Tina to make us watermelon juice. Our friendship has brought so much laughter into my life! And a safe space for me to ask you dumb pop culture questions, like ‘what is emo’, and ‘what is hipster’, and ‘who is John Mayer’. There are too many memories to count, but I’m thankful to have been able to add our wedding to the list. Thank you so much for being a part of not just our wedding day, but the endless gchats and texts about the engagement, the ring, the day, the dress, the details. I’m so glad to have you in my life. Here’s to the laughs and memories to come!

Thank you again for celebrating with us on this very special day. It wouldn’t have been the same without you.
